Creating an iQuote
With iQuote you can secure work without having to physically view a job to secure a client which will save your business time and money. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to view a job site to be able to give a client a total cost and that is why you can choose to supply either a total cost, estimate or your hourly/meterage rates. Include a message in your iQuote to explain how you priced the job and what is included/excluded such as materials ect. You and the potential client can continue messaging each other through the iQuote once it has been sent. Your iQuote will include a link to your business directory listing which is why it is important to create a listing that showcases your business as best as possible to increase your chance of being hired. Your iQuotes will appear in your 'my iQuote' this is where you can view and reply to messages and view its status, if you are chosen for the job and your iQuote has been accepted the status will change from pending to accepted and you will receive an email including the contact details of the client.
Directory listing profile: Your iQuote will include a link to your business directory listing which is why it is important to create a great directory listing. Include as much information about your business possible, your business logo and pictures.
Contacting potential clients: When you send an iQuote to a potential client you can message each other about the job. You will receive an email including a clients contact details once you have secured the job.
