1. General
1.1 All requests, quotations or communications made through iQuote shall be made in good faith.
1.2 You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so.
1.3 You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose.
1.5 Business users must quote in New Zealand Dollars and include GST in the price. All tax obligations are the responsibility of the Tradesman and/or the User (as the parties determine).
1.6 Disregarding iQuotes terms may result in termination of your account and the credit balance on your account.
2. Your obligations as a tradesperson
2.1 Information provided about your business on iQuote must be correct and in no way misleading to other members.
2.2 You may only send iQuotes for services that you are able to provide.
2.3 You must understand that contact information you provide in your business directory listing will be available for iQuote users to view.
2.4 You understand that iQuote takes no responsibility for what takes place between your business and the clients that you connect with through our website.
2.5 You understand that iQuote expects you to be professional and honest with your iQuotes.
2.6 You must be suitably qualified for the services you provide to iQuotes client users.
2.7 You agree that when applying for a job listing through iQuote that $2 will be deducted from your iQuote account and that fee is not refundable under no circumstances.
3. Your obligations as a client user
3.1 You must not include contact details in job listings, such as contact phone numbers, email addresses etc and you must not use any inappropriate language.
3.2 You must be fair to iQuotes business users by only listing jobs that you actually need doing.
3.3 You must recognize that iQuotes are estimate quotes.
3.4 You understand that iQuote holds no responsibility for any misconduct or poor business practices that you may receive in result of finding a tradesman through our website.
3.5 In no way does iQuote take any liability for any misleading information or poor practices that you may experience from businesses that you contact through our site.
